When will my order be delivered?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 5 to 7 business days in America and 7 to 10 business days for foreign countries. You will receive an email after ordering with more information about the delivery.

NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES
All physical goods on Duckypress.com are made to order and customized with
machine embroidery according to your specifications after payment. Production
begins only after the order is placed and confirmed.
As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the
item is defective or an error was made on our part.


CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
Each item is made specifically for you. Once your order and payment are received,
we immediately place an order for the blank garment with the factory based on your
chosen specifications. After the blank arrives, we begin embroidery according to your
request.
Because this process begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only
accepted within 24 hours of payment.

What if I paid too much?

If you accidentally paid more than the listed price or selected the wrong option, don’t worry!
